Support, Service, & Results

With over 250 consumers, TSG provides services to a diverse demographic population. TSG provides CAP MR/DD services within the Mecklenburg County, Gaston County, Lincoln County, Cleveland County, and Wake Counties Catchment areas. We do not discriminate based on sexual orientation, disability, race, creed, or religion.

We will make every reasonable effort to pair individuals served with trainers that have shared interests, cultures, and are trained to work with the specific person served.

TSG is committed to providing comprehensive services to CAP, IPRS, and private pay individuals. We strive to provide the best quality services to our consumers and advocate for them when necessary.

We are 90% federally funded

Our agency bills North Carolina Medicaid for the services provided. Services are approved by a third party agency, Pathways. Services are requested by the individual’s Case Manager according the Person Centered Plan (PCP). TSG does offer a private pay contract for individual’s not enrolled in Medicaid covered services. When funding is not available for the appropriate service, TSG will consider offering the needed service at no charge to the participant.More About Our Services

Our philosophy is to coordinate and provide services within a team approach including individuals, families, community members and paid professionals.

Our ultimate goal is to increase the individual's ability to obtain the highest degree of independence possible, while promoting self-respect, dignity and personal choice. It is our mission to assist individuals in attaining a quality of life that is no less than our own.

We aim to provide maximum support and necessary services to help individuals with developmental disorders, emotional / behavioral disorders and physical disabilities lead normal lives in their community.

We achieve this by providing comprehensive and best practice services that are individualized to meet the specific needs of all individuals (and families) served by TSG.
